RackDoc respects your privacy and complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and is GDPR-aware.

What we process

On the free tier, configuration you paste or upload is parsed entirely in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Diagrams you generate stay on your device unless you explicitly share them.

Account data (paid tiers)

If you create a paid account, we store your email, billing identifiers (handled by Razorpay/Stripe — we never store full card details) and the projects you choose to save. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and feature usage in aggregate. We do not sell personal data.
