Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid RackDoc subscriptions and satisfies Razorpay's merchant requirements.

Subscriptions

Pro and Team plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; cancellation stops future billing and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that billing period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The free tier is free; no charges, no refunds apply.
