Terms of Service

By using RackDoc ("the Service") you agree to these terms. RackDoc is operated from India and generates visual documentation from configuration files you provide.

Use of the Service

You may use the free tier to generate public diagrams from configuration you are authorised to process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any configuration. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Free and paid tiers

The free tier parses configuration in your browser and is provided as-is. Paid tiers (Pro, Team) add private storage, history and team features, billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe.

No warranty

RackDoc generates diagrams on a best-effort basis. Parsing of complex or dynamic configuration may be incomplete. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on generated diagrams.
